Piney Run Park Entrance Road Repaving to Begin October 26th
Westminster, MD, Tuesday, October 20, 2026 — The Carroll County Department of Recreation and Parks announces that an entrance road repaving project at Piney Run Park is scheduled to begin on Monday, October 26, 2026.
To ensure the safety of visitors and staff during construction, Piney Run Park will be closed to the public on weekdays beginning Monday, October 26th for the duration of the project. The park will remain open on weekends under normal operating hours, from 7:00 AM to Sunset. Construction is estimated to be completed by mid-to-late December 2026.
