ARCHITECTS, BUILDERS and DECORATORS FIND TIN CEILINGS IRRESISTIBLE

The T-bars are black with the shiny silver 6" design lay-in 2' x 2' sheets

This art shop used a Victorian design in their suspended ceiling giving a comfortable feeling to their patrons.

This is the Art Deco 6" design which give this room a contemporary look.

This 6″ diamond pattern is used on the wall, as well as the ceiling, sprucing up this area.

This 6" design in the Ivory Steel finish adds elegant to this fireplace.

This fireplace has been updated using tin ceiling material of the Victorian style in the Ivory Steel finish.

With the ever changing world of homes and businesses, many in the construction field are enjoying the resurge of tin ceiling.

There isn’t a less expensive way to decorate any room in your home than to use our tin ceilings”

— Glenn “The Tinman” Eldridge

HOUSTON, TEXAS, USA, October 31, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ — One thing that remains common throughout the years in the United State is our ability to change things up. By that I’m referring to the industry that has been around since the beginning of time. First building homes for shelter, then for the in-laws and finally building for businesses. One product that has kept up with those changes are tin ceilings that came along right after the Civil War and are still very much available currently through Chelsea Decorative Metal Company in Houston, Texas. The designs throughout the years changed with the times. You could find styles from Americana and Turn of the Century to Art Deco and Victorian.

They were originally offered as an alternative to the fancy plaster designs that were put on the ceilings of homes. By putting up sheets of decorative metal and painting them white it gave the look of a sculptured plaster ceiling, but at a much lower cost. In the 50’s and 60’s it became very economical for landlord that were constantly patching up plaster ceilings, to just replace the whole room with a tin ceilings. Then in the late 70’s and early 80’s it once again was appreciated for its decorativeness. Today it is used for new construction, remodeling and period homes, giving a new Victorian home the more authentic look with the original designs of the Victorian era, which are still available on the tin sheets from Chelsea who’s website is www.Tinman.com. Once again in the twenty-first century the interest has come to the attention of architects, builders and decorators in ways that excite them all.

Architects are able to feature the embossed metal sheets in their design of homes. Opening the opportunity for contemporary homes, as well as, the timely period homes. I will also mention that Hollywood have been using these tin ceilings for years on movie sets. Most recently architects have been using them in the lobbies of apartment building and even in the halls of hotels. They are an inexpensive way to decorate many commercial properties. In the past they were found in bars and restaurant establishments, where the owners wanted the old world atmosphere. A very new way to install them is laying the panels in suspended ceiling, which has been an excellent new way to remodel.

Builders have been using them in their model homes to make their investment properties a little more enticing and different from their competitors, offering the new homeowner a chance to have it built into their new home. It's an eye catcher. They just put up plywood and cover that with the tin, no taping and floating like with sheetrock and ten times more decorative. With the housing market booming, builders feel tin ceilings may give them an edge. Glenn “The Tinman” Eldridge owner of Chelsea says, “There isn’t a less expensive way to decorate any room in your home than to use our tin ceilings.”

Decorators have taken the ceiling sheets one step further and have been recommending them to be used as a back splash in kitchens. The 6” designs work best because they look almost like tiles, but without the grout. They also approve of using them as a wainscot, to spruce up a fireplace or inserting the designs in cabinet doors and even framing the sheets themselves and hanging them as a wall hanging.

In the past they could be found in drug stores, ice cream parlors and hardware stores. Today they are being used in pharmacies, desert courts, coffee houses, restaurants and bars and actually anywhere there is a ceiling or wall for that matter. One can’t tell if they are old or new? Probably new, but it doesn’t matter because they add to the atmosphere of any setting. The Chelsea company not only can get them to fit suspended ceilings as I said earlier, but now offer unique finishes. They still come in a shiny tin finish which should be protected, but also a shiny copper, a Copper Patina, Antique Pewter, Plantation Charm, Ivory Steel and a few more, which cost more, but are already protected. You can see these colors and more at www.Tinman.com

With the changing times one can still use materials from yesteryear to enhance the setting of today, whether an architect wants to put a new look to commercial projects or builders want to elevate their homes or a decorators wishes to accent certain areas, they are all excited to know the tin ceilings are still being manufactured with the original designs.

How to Know Whether You Should File a Personal Injury Claim

Saffren & Weinberg - Personal Injury Attorneys

Contacting a reputable attorney firm is the best way to tell if you should file a personal injury lawsuit

The average person doesn't realise the long term costs that can be associated with what they perceive is a minor injury. Minor injuries can over time case other problems. We want to help!”

— Marc Weinberg, Partner

JENKINTOWN, PA, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, October 31, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ — The highly rated Personal Injury Law Firm of Saffren & Weinberg, also known as the “People Voice” regularly provides information to the public that may be helpful to them should they have a need for a personal injury lawyer.

Don't worry the risks are very low with this surgery!

Sam had a surgery gone wrong, even though doctors assured him that the risks were negligible. It turned out to be a nightmare. Now he has nerve damage and is in a wheelchair.

While it is expected that with the treatment he will most likely walk again, he still has to be compensated for the injury caused to him because of the negligence. And since he was the sole earning member of his family, he would need to be paid for the loss of earnings and other expenses till he recovers.

He consulted a personal injury attorney who examined his case and guided him on how to proceed further. Now his expenses are covered and his family has money to help care for him.

If you have been injured physically or psychologically due to the negligence or intentional wrongdoing of any other person or group or entity, then you can bring a personal injury lawsuit against them.

Personal Injury

When an incident causing a personal injury has occurred whether it is something that Sam faced, an automobile accident, or a work-related injury, document all the critical details around it. It is essential to consult an attorney as soon as possible so that all the evidence pertinent to your lawsuit is collected. This is also important if the attorney or insurance representative of the other party gets in touch with you.

You should not sign any documents without consulting a lawyer and be aware of all the legalities.

It is not necessary that you require a lawyer in every case. If you have a minor injury like a scratch or nick, or if the property damage, such as a dent in your car is not substantial then you probably might not require the assistance of a lawyer. But in case the injury is serious then you should consult a lawyer to know your rights as well as get answers to your questions about the next course of action.

How to File a Lawsuit for a Personal Injury Claim

If your case has merit, then your lawyer will file a personal injury claim for injuries or even any damage to property such as your car. This requires being filed within the period the claims remain valid. Your lawyer can also send a letter with details of the injury to the other party, their lawyer or insurance company asking for a specified settlement amount. The reply to this kind of requests is time bound.
Once the lawsuit is filed, complaints are served to the defendant which they have to respond to within the specified period. The case is held in a local court usually chosen by you, the injured party. The period after a lawsuit is filed, is also used to gather more information, background or evidence about the case by both the defendant and the plaintiff. A personal injury lawyer’s help may be invaluable during this period.

The Trial

In some instances, before going to trial you and the defendant may be directed towards mediation, where you and the person or entity that caused you the injury can discuss settlement in the presence of a mediator. Before going to trial, you may also meet with the judge who tries to get you both agree on a settlement. During the trial, all information is presented. After due diligence such as cross-examination of witnesses, arguments for and against the case, etc. the judge or the jury reaches a verdict. The verdict also mentions the damages awarded to the plaintiff, if any.

Post-Trial

The defendant is ordered to pay you the damages awarded to you by court decree. If there are any delays or problems your personal injury lawyer can guide you on the procedure on how to collect them.

Saffren & Weinberg is an experienced personal injury law firm that can help you with your case. If you were involved in a personal injury and need information or representation, contact us today at (215) 576-0100 for more information.

Idaho Mesothelioma Victims Center Now Urges a US Navy Veteran with Mesothelioma in Idaho To Call About Compensation and Why Its Vital They Hire One of The Nation’s Most Skilled Lawyers

“The skilled mesothelioma attorneys we suggest recognize how important it is for a person with mesothelioma to get properly compensated, and there are no lawyer fees unless there is a settlement”

— Idaho.Mesothelioma Victims Center

NEW YORK, NEW YORK, USA, October 31, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ — The Idaho Mesothelioma Victims Center says, “We are urging a US Navy Veteran who has recently been diagnosed with mesothelioma in Idaho to call us anytime at 800-714-0303 about financial compensation as well as why it is incredibly vital to hire one of the nation’s most experienced mesothelioma attorneys. To get the best mesothelioma compensation settlement outcome you need to hire some of the nation's most skilled lawyers.” http://Idaho.MesotheliomaVictimsCenter.Com

A mesothelioma compensation claim for a US Navy Veteran in Idaho can potentially involve hundreds of thousands of dollars or more, but if the diagnosed person hires a local car accident lawyer or a mesothelioma marketing law firm there is not much anyone can do to help terminate the lawyers or law firm if they turn out to be less than competent.

To illustrate the point-In the group’s opinion a substandard mesothelioma compensation outcome would be something like net $250,000 to the diagnosed US Navy Veteran who was exposed as a machinist or boiler technician while in the US Navy. The group believes the net compensation award could be as much as $750,000 or much more if the person had hired one of the nation’s most qualified and experienced mesothelioma attorneys as they would like to explain anytime at 800-714-0303.http://Idaho.MesotheliomaVictimsCenter.Com

Before a US Navy Veteran with confirmed mesothelioma in Idaho or their family hires a lawyer/law firm to assist with a mesothelioma compensation claim they are urged to call the Idaho Mesothelioma Victims Center for some very honest advice about attorneys at 800-714-0303. The group’s number one goal is a person with mesothelioma in Idaho receives the best possible financial compensation and they are more than happy to suggest or recommend some of the nation’s most skilled mesothelioma attorneys anytime to a diagnosed person or their family.

“The incredibly skilled mesothelioma attorneys we suggest recognize how important it is for a diagnosed person with mesothelioma to get properly compensated-so do we, and there are no lawyer fees unless there is a settlement.” http://Idaho.MesotheliomaVictimsCenter.Com

For the best possible mesothelioma treatment options in Idaho the Idaho Mesothelioma Victims Center strongly recommends the following heath care facility with the offer to help a diagnosed victim, or their family get to the right physicians at this hospital: St. Luke’s Mountain States Tumor Institute Boise, Idaho:https://www.saintlukeshealthsystem.org/services/cancer-care

The Idaho Mesothelioma Victims Center’s unsurpassed services are available to a diagnosed person anywhere in Idaho including communities such as Boise, Nampa, Meridian, Idaho Falls, Kellogg, Pocatello, Coeur d’Alene, Twin Falls, Wallace, or Lewiston.

High-risk work groups for exposure to asbestos in Idaho include US Navy Veterans, miners, power plant workers, manufacturing workers, smelter workers, pulp or paper mill workers, military base workers, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, auto mechanics, machinists, or construction workers. In most instances these types of people were exposed to asbestos in the 1950’s, 1960’s, 1970’s, or 1980’s.http://Idaho.MesotheliomaVictimsCenter.Com

The states with the highest incidence of mesothelioma include Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Maine, New Jersey, West Virginia, Florida, Wyoming, and Washington. However, mesothelioma does happen in Idaho as the Idaho Mesothelioma Victims Center would like to explain anytime at 800-714-0303.

For more information about mesothelioma please refer to the National Institutes of Health’s web site related to this rare form of cancer: http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/mesothelioma.html

Nevada Corporate Whistleblower Center Now Urges an Employee of a Company That Is Overbilling the Defense Department or any Federal Agency in Nevada To Call About Rewards

If you can prove your Nevada based employer has overbilled the US Government and the amount of overbilling is at least a million dollars please call us at 866-714-6466”

— Nevada Corporate Whistleblower Center

WASHINGTON, DC, USA, October 31, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ — The Nevada Corporate Whistleblower Center says, “We are urging an employee of a Nevada based company that is providing any type of imaginable service to the US Department of Defense or any other federal agency to call us anytime at 866-714-6466 if their employer is involved in significant overbilling, fraud or if the company is out of compliance with their federal contract. As we would like to discuss the rewards for this type of information can be substantial.” http://Nevada.CorporateWhistleblower.Com

The Nevada Corporate Whistleblower Center is especially interested in hearing from an employee with proof their Nevada based employer is overbilling the US federal government for the following types of services:

* A Nevada based company providing transportation or logistics services to the US Department of Defense or any other federal agency.
* A Nevada based company providing any type of food, fuel or security services to the US Department of Defense.
* A Nevada based road builder or construction company providing services to the Department of Transportation or any other federal agency.
* A Nevada based company providing housing services to the Department of Defense, HUD or GSA
* A company in Nevada overbilling the US General Services Administration on a contract, or out of compliance with a GSA contract.
* A Nevada based food distribution company that is overbilling the Department of Agriculture for school lunch programs, or any other type of food service.
* A Nevada based environmental contractor that is overbilling the EPA for work being done at a Super Fund site.
* Special note the business could be located anywhere in Washington State including Las Vegas, Henderson, Reno, Paradise, Enterprise, Sparks, or Carson City.

According to the Nevada Corporate Whistleblower Center, “If you can prove your Nevada based employer has overbilled the US Government and the amount of overbilling is at least a million dollars please call us anytime at 866-714-6466 and let’s discuss how the whistleblower reward program works. Why sit on a potentially winning lotto ticket without ever knowing what it might have been worth?” http://Nevada.CorporateWhistleblower.Com

Simple rules for a whistleblower from the Nevada Corporate Whistleblower Center: Do not go to the government first if you are a potential whistleblower with substantial proof of wrongdoing. The Nevada Corporate Whistleblower Center says, “Major whistleblowers frequently go to the government thinking they will help. It’s a huge mistake. Do not go to the news media with your whistleblower information. Public revelation of a whistleblower’s information could destroy any prospect for a reward. Do not try to force a company/employer or individual to come clean about significant Medicare fraud, overbilling the federal government for services never rendered, multi-million-dollar state or federal tax evasion, or a Nevada based company falsely claiming to be a minority owned business to get preferential treatment on federal or state projects. Come to us first, tell us what type of information you have, and if we think it’s sufficient, we will help you with a focus on you getting rewarded.”

Unlike any group in the US the Corporate Whistleblower Center can assist a potential whistleblower with packaging or building out their information to potentially increase the reward potential. They will also provide the whistleblower with access to some of the most skilled whistleblower attorneys in the nation. For more information a possible whistleblower with substantial proof of wrongdoing in Nevada can contact the Whistleblower Center at 866-714-6466 or contact them via their website at http://Nevada.CorporateWhistleBlower.Com.

Leck Waste Services Looks to 3rd Eye Vehicle Data Suite to Deliver Lowest Cost of Ownership to Growing Fleet

3rd Eye, the industry leader in vehicle safety camera and radar solutions, will provide real time information on fleet management, route efficiencies, to asset management and predictive maintenance

IVYLAND, PA (October 25, 2017) — Leck Waste Systems, a prominent waste hauler servicing commercial customers throughout Bucks County, Montgomery County, Northeast Philadelphia and Southern Lehigh County is looking to 3rd Eye and its Enhance Vehicle Behavioral Analytics™ (VBA) to provide next-generational vehicle-based data collection and reporting solutions to drive profit to their bottom line.

3rd Eye Products and Benefits

3rd Eye, the industry leader in vehicle safety camera and radar solutions, has developed technology that digitally interprets chassis and body system inputs and communicates this information in real time – through 3rd Eye’s Hurricane Gateway. In addition, 3rd Eye camera data can also be transmitted through the gateway – allowing Leck to view and report on situational inputs immediately.

A more comprehensive definition of Enhance VBA can be found on 3rd Eye’s website along with their complete suite of safety cameras, radar systems and fleet productivity solutions.

“I believe that moving forward, our fleet would be utilizing Enhanced VBA because it is a necessity more than a luxury,” said Jason Leck Vice President, Leck Waste Services. “Enhance gives us the ability to have an in-depth look of our fleet and allows us to be more profitable against a competitor in a marketplace where there are very little margins.”

Founded in 1971, Leck Waste Systems operates over 35 commercial vehicles ranging from commercial rear loaders and front loaders to roll offs ¬– as well as offering compactor, baler, shredding and portable toilet service.

3rd Eye’s Focus on Fleet Maintenance

“From route efficiencies, to asset management, to predictive maintenance, 3rd Eye’s Enhance VBA allows fleet owners to better manage their fleet, more efficiently facilitate route collection – as well as receive real time feedback from the vehicle regarding predictive diagnostics. This allows us to better schedule fleet maintenance and reduces our asset downtime,” said Darrick Reed, President of 3rd Eye.

“With 3rd Eye’s Enhance VBA, I can respond much faster to service requests as well as validate proof of service in real time. But it also lets me know how the body systems are performing in concert with the chassis. My Operations Manager uses this information to schedule maintenance. It’s like the vehicle is talking to me and telling me how it’s feeling. It’s a game changer,” said Leck.

3rd Eye: helping fleet owners make better decisions to lower total cost of ownership.

Dover’s 3rd Eye was formed in 2001. The company provides real-time Vehicle Function/Route Performance Analytics and also uses state-of-the-art camera systems to capture and document in-cab and external events to improve the safety, reliability and profitability of collection fleet operations. 3rd Eye is committed to ongoing innovation, engineering excellence, and impeccable business ethics. We’ve created our checklist to help people go through a series of seven questions to help them make a sound purchase decision, based on the facts, rather than a high-pressure sales pitch.”

Kline continued, “Our approach is to help our customers understand the range of available options and technologies, which can be confusing. We take the time to explain the difference between Low-E and Smartglass coatings, as well as Argon and Krypton gas filled sealed panes. There are important thickness and cavity differences between brands, plus new warm-edge technologies for an extra measure of comfort. Our job is to make all this advanced technology understandable. And if the customer decides to go ahead, to install their new windows correctly, while treating our customers’ homes with respect. We work in a safe, secure manner and leave every home spotlessly clean.”

Precept Partner’s web developer Stephen Antisdel added, “We posted the checklist to the website and provided a hyperlink from the homepage to make it easy to find. Once a visitor clicks through to the checklist, they can read it online, or download it as a PDF file allowing them to read it offline or print it out for future reference.”

KALLISTA® Expands The Per Se® Series With New Console, Baths And Decorative Knobs By Saint-Louis

KALLISTA, a leading designer and supplier of luxury kitchen and bath plumbing products, features four new designs to the successful Per Se collection.

KOHLER, WIS., UNITED STATES, October 30, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ — KALLISTA, a leading designer and supplier of luxury kitchen and bath plumbing products, features four new designs this year to the successful Per Se collection. Included in the mix is a new console table, two baths and crystal faucet knobs by the gifted artisans at Saint-Louis.

Paying homage to 1950s and 1960s design that moved away from the complex fluting or layered details of earlier periods, the Per Se collection made its debut in 2014 with modern, sleek forms that employed minimalist detail and chic couture-inspired styling. This attractive alternative of fashionable understatement continues with the introduction of these new designs and truly completes this important KALLISTA collection.

Per Se Console
This modern console table features a midnight black Nero Marquina honed marble top with rich pure white veining creating smart juxtaposition with the metal and crystal appointments that complement the design. The top is raised by metal legs in a staggered and tapered leg with a stretcher detail designed to meet a supporting wall, creating an integrated towel bar. The leg design is part of a new KALLISTA custom leg program allowing for customers to purchase the legs separately to accommodate any custom size console. The program is currently available to Script, Per Se and For Town by Michael S Smith collections.

Per Se Bathtubs
Two freestanding bathtubs complete the latest Per Se designs, both currently available standard in KALLISTA Stucco White. Mirroring many of the collection’s design elements and materials, the Per Se bathtubs are offered in a Soft Square and Oval versions. An oversized rim design above a cocooning curved tub rests on a stepped plinth base. Both are a commanding 62"x34" size and 25-inch depth with slotted overflow to achieve a deeper water level and relaxing soak. The toe touch tub drain and cover allows for effortless water release. An integrated drain and overflow ensure the design aesthesis are not compromised. The cast stone design is 35 percent more durable than comparable materials with a smooth, easy-to-clean surface that resists stains. The very nature of the cast stone composition keeps warm water at temperature much longer than standard materials and provides a thick gloss finish.

Clear Crystal Sink Faucet Knobs by Saint-Louis
A collaboration with Cristallerie Royale de Saint-Louis (Saint-Louis) of France creates a luxurious option to the Per Se decorative handle selection. The one-of-a-kind Per Se Clear Crystal Sink Faucet Knobs are handcrafted by Saint-Louis artisans, an appointment not easily achieved as each must apprentice for 10 years at a minimum before joining its illustrious team of master glass blowers and cutters. Renowned for its crystal works since the early 19th century, Saint-Louis continues to create rarified designs using the same Old World techniques of hand blowing and hand etching that have been passed down from generation to generation. The hand-cut and polished stacked crystal knobs reflect a pure beauty with a sparkling jewel-like appearance that complements the metal base offered in Polished Chrome, Nickel Silver, Black Nickel and Polished Gold KALLISTA living finishes.

About Saint-Louis
A CONTEMPORARY MANUFACTURE Unrivalled, dense, clear, sonorous and luminous, born of a ball of fire and the breath of man, Saint-Louis crystal vibrates with the immense talent inherited from history and the extraordinary creative fantasy inspired by current trends. Every day, Saint-Louis signs crystal creations – tableware, vases, chandeliers and candelabras – crafted by master glassblowers and cutters considered to be among the very best in France (Meilleurs Ouvriers de France). All possess irreplaceable knowledge and ancestral skills that have been enriched from generation to generation: crystal is mouth-blown, hand-made, hand-engraved and hand-decorated using 24-carat gold or platinum.

Established in 1586, the Munzthal glassworks were designated the Royal Glassworks by letters patent from King Louis XV in 1767, and became known as Saint-Louis. In 1781, experts at Saint-Louis discovered the secret formula of crystal, a great first for continental Europe.

Over the centuries, the Manufacture has forged emblems from its creations for the world's most illustrious courts. It is thanks to its hereditary ability to adapt and constantly innovate that Saint-Louis has skillfully sidestepped any risk of being engulfed by fashion or trends. For existing within one's time also means escaping the ephemeral.

In 1995, Saint-Louis became part of the Hermès Group, the renown of this prestigious house has enhanced by a new creative impetus.

Rently Keyless Incorporates Yale Real Living Assure® Interconnected Electronic Locksets with its Multifamily Smart Home

The New Z-Wave Interconnected locks work with Rently Keyless!

The New Rently Keyless V3 Hub

Solution Combines Connected Locks, Multifamily Automation Services & Property Managers to Deliver Digital Living Technology Desired by Millennial Renters

Today’s tech-savvy renters expect more from properties and property managers are looking for new ways to attract renters. Smart home functionality makes sense for both sides”

— Merrick Lackner

BEVERLY HILLS, CA, UNITED STATES, October 30, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ — Rently Keyless today announced that it has incorporated Yale Locks & Hardware's new electronic Interconnected Locksets with its multifamily home automation system.

Announced last month, Yale’s new Real Living Assure interconnected locks combine an electronic deadbolt with an integrated lever to offer single motion egress to meet safety and security codes for multifamily properties. The locks eliminate the need for physical keys and instead use push button or touchscreen keypads. There is no wiring required and the locks are easily installed using only a screwdriver, with assistance available via 3D installation guides on the BILT mobile app.

“Managing physical keys is a nuisance for property managers, and with today’s consumers increasingly reliant on hands-free technologies a switch to keyless deadbolts serves the needs of both tenants and property managers,” said Jason Williams, President, ASSA ABLOY U.S. Residential Group, which includes Yale Residential. “We’re delighted that Rently Keyless has opted to integrate our locksets into its system to provide a higher level of security, safety and convenience for renters and property managers.”

Optimized to meet the needs of property managers as they adjust to the evolving preferences of millennial renters, the Rently Keyless multifamily home automation system provides unparalleled control to managers with apartments, homes or vacation rentals.

Through the multifamily home automation system, property managers can set thermostat schedules and limits, add additional members and integrate with the preferred property management software, all in one portal. The platform allows managers to implement smart home technology, without the need for Wi-Fi and tenants are able to control their smart home from the Rently Keyless mobile app.

“Today’s tech-savvy renters expect more from properties and property managers are looking for new ways to attract renters. Smart home functionality makes sense for both sides, meeting the luxury requirements of millennial renters and bringing in financial and operational benefits for the property manager,” said Rently Keyless Co-Founder, Merrick Lackner. “Yale’s Interconnected lockset is an excellent addition to the Rently Keyless multifamily home automation system, giving renters a smart home experience from the minute they unlock their doors.”

Rently Keyless recently showcased its multifamily home automation solution at the 2017 NMHC OPTECH Conference & Exposition, taking place October 25-27 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.
